CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Washing:
- Avoid washing with hot water or using high-heat tumble drying.
- Minimize the use of harsh detergents.
- Do not pour soap or detergent directly onto the garment.
- Wash light-colored and dark-colored items separately.
- Turn the garment inside out before machine washing.
- Do not soak in detergent or water for extended periods.
- If dry cleaning or hand washing, use gentle handling; avoid vigorous wringing or twisting.
Drying:
- Shake out and hang to dry immediately after washing.
- Dry in a cool, well-ventilated area away from harsh sunlight.
- Ideally, drape the garment horizontally; avoid hanging it directly on a hanger while it is still wet and heavy.
- For garments with large prints, do not fold the printed surfaces against each other while drying.
Ironing:
- Use a steam iron or standard iron at a moderate temperature.
- Do not iron directly over printed areas or stone embellishments; ironing the inside of the garment is recommended.
- Avoid sudden temperature changes; sort your clothes and iron from low to high temperatures.
Note: Avoid spraying large amounts of perfume directly onto light-colored garments, as this can cause yellow stains.

EXCHANGE POLICY
The exchange policy applies only to orders placed on the website:
- Exchanges within 7 days for full-priced items and items discounted by 30% or less.
- Exchanges within 5 days for items discounted by more than 30% – limited to size exchanges only (subject to availability); style exchanges are not permitted.
- Please record a video while unboxing the product to ensure the fastest possible resolution should any issues arise.
- SOA provides a size chart; customers are encouraged to select the appropriate size or consult with our staff to find the right fit.
- SOA only accepts exchanges or returns for errors on our part, such as shipping the wrong style or size, defective merchandise, or issues with full-priced (non-sale) orders.
- If an issue eligible for exchange or return is discovered after the customer has received and inspected the order, please contact SOA immediately within 24 hours.
- Returned items must be unused and retain all original tags and labels.
- Exchanges and returns do not apply to promotional or discounted items.
